Deborah is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a highly accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience delivering people-focused strategies that drives business success. She holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and a postgraduate certificate in Neuroscience - giving her both the strategic and behavioural insight to navigate complex people challenges.
As a Fractional HR Consultant, Deborah partners with small businesses and SMEs to provide executive-level HR leadership without the full-time cost. Her deep knowledge of employment law and policy design, including the new labour employment bill, ensures boards and leadership teams remain compliant while staying ahead of change.
Deborah’s background in business start-ups and scale ups has equipped her with a sharp commercial mindset and a practical understanding of how organisations operate and grow. She thrives at improving team performance, shaping positive workplace cultures, and aligning people strategies with long-term business goals.
